About Us

Philip C. Wallace was born and raised in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Prophet Wallace received his ministerial training as a member of the Mary D. Lucas prayer ministry

under the direction of the late Minister Mary D Lucas.

He prayed unto the Lord to teach him how to play the bass guitar. Shortly after this the Lord started moving him into a music and song writing ministry, along with the prophetic and prayer ministry the Lord had already given him.

There were many struggles for Prophet Wallace along the journey of service unto the Lord..

On April 7, 1996 Prophet Wallace married Joyce A. Rose, the woman the Lord told him 18 years before that "she is your wife", on that day the prophetic word of the Lord came to pass.

In 1997 Prophet Philip Wallace and Evangelist Joyce Wallace started The Highest Power Church and Ministries
